From the South: I-95 North to Exit 52- (Falmouth) Follow I-295 North to Exit 28- (Brunswick) Take Route 1 North to to Wiscasset. Cross the Wiscasset Bridge and turn right to the Sheepscot Harbor Village and Resort. From the North: I-95 South to exit 112 at Augusta then take Route 27 South to Wiscasset. Take Route 1 North through town. At the end of Wiscasset Bridge turn left onto the Sheepscot Harbor Village and Resort.

Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Contact resort in advance for fees. Unit 308 is located in the inn and does not have a view of the harbor. Unit 19 is a cottage unit. Unit 207 is located in lower level of the lodge, with no water view. Unit 215 does not have a view of harbor, but does have small outside seating area.
